In this project, I have redesigned the currency in the game "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild."
In the original settings, the currency in the game is the gem-like stones called "rupees." Their values are identified by different colours. I chose the four champions as the main figures on the bills to commemorate their sacrifice during the Great War with Ganon.
On the front side of the note, I have included the symbolic locations corresponding to each champion's hometown. On the back side, the Champions' Divine Beasts are showcased alongside the illustration of the Hyrule Kingdom, underscoring their unwavering determination to safeguard the kingdom.
The material for the bill is paper, aligning better with the game's story background. I've incorporated a variety of patterns and watermarks with the purpose of preventing counterfeiting while evoking a nostalgic aesthetic and authority reminiscent of the glorious past.
